What I found myself saying in response to Thomas' repeated acrobatic gyrations during family prayer tonight:
"Darn it Thomas!! Be reverent or you are going to get a bum spank!!!!"
Something feels wrong with that statement :-)

Yeah. You should have cussed. That would have really done it.
That is as good as me hissing "Wren- be quiet!" and getting up to hold her and saying "Sit Still" every night at family prayer!
Last week I was in trouble when my sister-in-law (who lives next door) called my mother-in-law and said that she could hear me yelling "Damn it Josh and Will quit messin around and get you ASS in the car we are late for church!!!!!" Probably should not have gone that day!
